The International Student Exchange Program is held by the School of Science.  Overseas exchange partners include famous universities in Canada, France, Germany, the United States, Norway, Mexico, Singapore, Sweden and Mainland China.  The objectives are twofold: 

• To establish, maintain and enhance education interaction between the Exchange partner institutions and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.
• To provide students with an opportunity to follow part of their studies at a foreign location, thus gaining valuable international experience.
