Prof. Ching Wan TANG has been inducted into the US National Inventors Hall of Fame in 2018 for pioneering the organic light emitting diode (OLED)

Prof. Benzhong Tang received the State Natural Science Award (First Class) 2017 for Outstanding Achievements in the research of Aggregation-induced Emission (AIE). The award was presented in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing on 8 January, 2018.
